OUR PROGRAMS

The WIELD Fellowship is our signature program, where we help bridge the gap between college experiences and career aspirations through our 5 Areas of Empowerment. A special committee selects young women from marginalized communities within the Greater New Orleans area who are currently enrolled in college with the classification of sophomore, junior, or senior. The Fellowship takes place each spring semester. Fellows participate in intensive and varied learning experiences each month to build their leadership capacity. The application opens in mid-fall each year.
